Email Protocol Reflection
There are several features that are important to use during the academic study. As students we should make sure to use the subject line before we send any email because subject line is the place in an email where students can type what the email is about. Also Informative email subject lines must be short and descriptive and the emails should start with appropriate form of address like Mr., Mrs. The purpose of form of address is to greet the reader with all due respect. To send an email for a group of people, it is better to add the person’s emails and send it as a group email but with choosing the option of blind copies and before sending any documents, the sender should make sure that the header include the topic and the footer are in the correct order. Another important thing that the students should know is how to secure their email accounts by choosing a password that is hard for anyone else to know and change their password from time to another.  In addition there is another feature called two step verification that help the users to add an extra security to their account by receiving a confirmation code.
